Former home of one of the Snowshoe Resort founders, located between the Summit Complex and the Lands End Development, right at the top of the mountain. Actually the closest private, fee-simple home to the Village at Snowshoe. A mere two-three minute walk to the Village at Snowshoe, the bowl slopes or to the Western Territory black-diamond slopes, or just stand at the end of your driveway and the free shuttle service will pick you up and take you anywhere on the mountain. Then when you get back, enjoy a soothing hot tub on the deck, and watch an incredible sunset over the mountains.

There is WI-FI, Direct TV Satellite, and HDTV throughout the house. In addition to the formal living room, which features the great stone wood-burning fireplace, this home also features a bonus family/theatre room with wet bar, featuring a brand new 60 inch flat screen HDTV.
